Fabric Guard/Leather Conditioner

Common upholstery fabrics are more likely to stain than vinyl surfaces. To best prevent against stains, it is necessary to properly treat upholstery and carpets with a commercial-grade fabric protectant. This is worked into the fibers of the fabrics, creating a barrier of protection so when the inevitable happens, the spill cleans up quickly by blotting up with a damp cloth. Vinyl and leather conditioners applied to protect against UV rays.

  • Recommend reapplication every 3 years

  • Forms an invisible barrier of protection once applied to all fabric surfaces including seats, carpets, mats, and cargo areas.

  • Upon spillage, messes can be wiped up clean with a damp cloth

  • 303 UV Protectant is applied to all vinyl surfaces

  • Malco leather conditioner is applied to seats (when applicable)

We use a premium hide treatment for leather which cleans and conditions. Our conditioner penetrates and lifts soils from surfaces, softens & freshens aged leather to a satin finish, reconditions & preserves with mink oil, and beautifies lifeless leathers with a bright lustre.
